Owners

Owners have the most privileges of any member. The owner role is ideal for company founders or administrators who manage billing for your company. Below are some of the permissions owners have:

  • Add and remove members (including owners)
  • Manage billing
  • Close the account
  • Manage customization settings
  • Edit site content

Admins

The admin role is perfect for people who manage customer support/operations employees. Admins can add and remove members but cannot create or modify owners or access billing details.

Users

Users are the most restricted members. Users can only edit articles and sections, but cannot manage customization, billing, or other members. Users can:
